Registration for GWO2023 will open on 1 December 2023.  Please find the registration categories, associated fees and inclusions below:

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You have two payment options when you register – online payment via credit card or by direct transfer/electronic funds transfer on invoice. An invoice will be e-mailed to the address used when you register.

In-person Registration fee excludes

  • Parking
  • All items of a personal nature

  • Conference Dinner ticket (a ticketed event which can be purchased when you register)

Virtual Registration fee includes

  • Access to all plenary and keynote sessions
  • Access to selected parallel sessions, collaborative events and workshops
  • On demand access to virtual proceedings for 7 days after the Conference

Registration Terms and Conditions for the GWO2023 Conference:

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the GWO2023 Conference organizers via email at connect@gwo2023.co.za.
  2. All cancellation requests received on or before 14 April 2023 will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees paid less a ZAR500 administration fee.
  3. No cancellations will be permitted after 14 April 2023.
  4. It is permissible to change your participation in GWO2023 from in-person to virtual. However, please be aware that no refunds will be given for the cost difference between the two participation categories.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the cancellation request.
  6. Any bank charges or other fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. Substitutions of registered participants are allowed at no extra cost. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and sent to the GWO2023 Conference organizers via email at connect@gwo2023.co.za.
  8. The GWO2023 Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the conference at any time. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
  9. The GWO2023 Conference organizers will not be liable for any expenses incurred by registered participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses, in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the conference.
